Frank Umole is a seasoned IT professional with over 2 years experience on the cold face of implementing learning technologies, he is a thought leader on learning

paradigms/technologies and provides services to all Shell companies worldwide. He was also a member of an Organisation Performance and Effectiveness team that launched the use of Communities of Practice in Shell. He is a presenter at major industry conferences.

Mr. Umole holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration.
