Rob is Executive Director of Learning Services at Cingular Wireless, the second largest provider of wireless voice and data services in the United States with more than 35,000 employees and 21 million customers. Rob is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences across all functional areas in his company and has recently completed the implementation of a comprehensive elearning infrastructure inside Cingular.

Rob has more than 12 years experience in the learning business including positions at Coopers & Lybrand and Dun & Bradstreet Information Services. Rob has a Masters in Instructional Technology/Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
