Kwanyoung KIM is working for International Cooperation and Research Center of Korea Education and Research Information Service(KERIS). He was trained in ICT Management and HRD Strategy at ICU(Information and Communications University) and IITA(Institute for Information Technology Advancement), Korea agency for R&D and HRD. He is interested in researches on Performance Evaluation for ICT use in education. Also, he is working for Huree University of ICT in Mongolia as an Adjunct Professor.
